These savoury waffles are super easy to make, and they taste amazing! They’re also low-calorie and high-protein, which makes them perfect for breakfast or brunch.
You’ll need:
▪️ ⅓ cup oats
▪️ ⅓ cup liquid egg whites
▪️ 2 tablespoons fat-free cottage cheese
▪️ 2 tablespoons pumpkin
▪️ ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Super easy to make, just follow these steps:
1⃣ Pre-cook your pumpkin until it is tender.
2⃣ In a blender, combine all ingredients until the oats are smooth.

4⃣Top with sugar-free syrup, whipped cream or topping of your choice and enjoy!
