Protein Pumpkin Waffles

These savoury waffles are super easy to make, and they taste amazing! They’re also low-calorie and high-protein, which makes them perfect for breakfast or brunch.⁣


You’ll need:⁣
▪️ ⅓ cup oats⁣
▪️ ⅓ cup liquid egg whites⁣
▪️ 2 tablespoons fat-free cottage cheese⁣
▪️ 2 tablespoons pumpkin⁣
▪️ ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice⁣

Super easy to make, just follow these steps: ⁣
1⃣ Pre-cook your pumpkin until it is tender.⁣
2⃣ In a blender, combine all ingredients until the oats are smooth.⁣

4⃣Top with sugar-free syrup, whipped cream or topping of your choice and enjoy!⁣
